Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

When you place an order you will be bound by our terms and conditions of sale. If you don't agree, please do not proceed with your order. 

Privacy and Data Collection:

The personal information that you give us when ordering products from us is kept confidential by Toners Plus. We do not sell, trade, or lease our customer files, mailing or email lists. We do send Promotional emails and newsletters with special offers but you always have the option to opt out of all and future emails and newsletters.

You agree to our Privacy Policy with the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Price and Availability:

All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

All prices stated on the site or other sales literature may be altered by us from time to time without notice to you. When the payment method is credit card the payment is made at the point of order submission. Special orders (including large orders sourced from manufacturers) may be delayed due to manufacturing issues beyond our control. Shipments will be made as soon as possible.

Delivery:

We will deliver the products within the Continental United States to the address provided to us by you at the time you place your order. Our standard charges for delivery will apply (see Shipping Policy). We will endeavor to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you by any delivery date estimated by us. However, we cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.

We attempt to deliver products as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee "next day delivery" on any order. In most cases, we do deliver the next day. Occasionally because of stock issues or because we need to order direct from a manufacturer delivery times are affected. If you require delivery by a given date please contact us by phone at (818) 548-8815 before ordering. We will be happy to check stock and give you an estimate on delivery times.

Canceling an Order which has already been placed:

Once an order is placed online in most cases it CANNOT be cancelled although we will make every effort to do so. If you place an order and decide to cancel it.

2. Call us immediately, (818) 548-8815, if it is during our normal business hours 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time since a call will get immediate attention and an email may not be viewed promptly.

An order placed online is often released to the local warehouse within minutes of placement. Once the order is released to the local warehouse it is impossible to stop and is considered shipped. All shipped orders must be accepted by the customer upon delivery and the steps to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization must be followed.

Please do not refuse an order that could not be cancelled. Refused orders are subject to restocking fees and costs related to inbound and outbound freight charges which will be deducted from refund to credit card payment.

Returning Goods:

We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased for any reason, please refer to our Return Policies and follow the returns process.

Some products are ordered direct from the manufacturer.  Returns to some of these manufacturers can incur a restocking fee (the percentage depends on the manufacturer) and freight expenses paid directly by the customer. Please refer to our Return Policies and follow the instructions for the returns process.

Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice: 

Please inspect your order carefully for defects and shortages upon receipt.

Shortages and defective claims must be received within 1 business day of receiving order.

To report a claim call 818-548-8815. Defective items will be picked up at our expense. Replacement product will be shipped at NO CHARGE and prepaid UPS labels will be emailed for your return. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the prepaid return labels. If the defective product is not returned after 30 days your credit card will be charged for the replacement order.

You agree to our Return Policy with the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Liability:

We cannot accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to the products caused by you. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, the information and materials contained in this site 
(including without limitation text, graphics and links) are provided on an "as is" basis with no 
warranty and in particular, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free. 
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. 
Products purchased from the site are warranted in accordance with the law, and nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict any rights which applicable law grants to you in respect of such products. Individual products may be the subject of additional warranties or guarantees given by their manufacturers directly to you.

Except as provided above there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and all such terms are excluded by these terms and conditions to the maximum extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss, however it may arise and even if we have previously been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Acceptance of Orders:

The receipt of an order confirmation email by Toners Plus does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to reject orders or limit the quantities on any order. It is possible that verification of customer information may be required prior to acceptance and fulfillment of an order. Toners Plus reserves the right to accept business or reject business from any individual, business or organization. If your order is accepted you agree to pay the full price, including shipping (if applicable) and sales tax (if applicable) shown on the checkout page. If there are additional services required such as liftgate or inside delivery you agree to pay for these services (which will be quoted prior to shipment).

Coupon Codes:

Toners Plus reserves the right to limit the use of coupon codes. We may, at our discretion, limit the times per customer a coupon code may be used. Coupon codes are intended for specific purposes as noted in the coupon promo offer. We are not responsible for and do not guarantee coupon codes offered by our affiliates.
